Terms and conditions

 

 

    • 1. Place your order

      To place an order, you choose your product in our online shop and you add it to your basket by clicking on "Add to cart" in the product sheet.

      You must then follow the purchase procedure by clicking on the green "Order" tab of your basket.

 

 

    • 2. Delays

      2.1 We work with a permanent stock for all of our products.
      . A delay of 2 to 5 days from the reception of your order is necessary for its realization.
      . This is the estimated time for payment, manufacture and preparation of BallTriX.

       

      2.2 In the case of a stock renewal.
      . We inform you by email and offer a new delivery time.
      . Once the product is renewed and available in our stock, we ask you by email the confirmation and your agreement for the
       
      realization, collection and delivery of your order.
      

 

    • 3. Prices

      All prices of our products are in euros all taxes included. (20% VAT).

      BALLTRIX reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.

 

    • 4. Payments

      4.1 Payment for your purchases on our online shop can be made by :

      4.2 Your products are payable in euros all taxes included.

      4.3 Your products will be delivered after receipt of your payment.

 

 

    • 5. Delivery of your products

      The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when ordering online.

      We ship all our products by Fedex International with tracking, signature with insurance in case of loss or damage to the package.

      The delivery time is between 2 to 5 days.

      Once your order has been shipped, you will receive by email our shipping confirmation and the tracking number of your product to follow it on www.fedex.com/fedextrack

      In case of absence from you for the reception, the parcel is deposited at the post office nearest to your home or in a relay point, where you can withdraw it under ten (3) days in Fedex Office.

      Upon receipt of goods, you must immediately check the condition of the package and its contents in the presence of the carrier. In case of anomaly (damage, damaged parcel, broken product), you must specify detailed reserves on the delivery note and confirm them within three clear days by email or letter from BALLTRIX, or by registered letter to your Fedex office address.

      By signing the delivery note, you accept the products delivered as is, without reservations issued upon receipt, no claim relating to damage suffered during transport will be accepted. It is your responsibility to carry out all the checks and to make all the detailed reservations on the arrival of the material in order to exert, if necessary, any recourse against the carrier.
      

 

    • 6. Delivery charges

      6.1 For shipping costs of an overseas delivery to other destinations, please contact us.

 

    • 7. Warranty

      7.1 You benefit from a 1 year warranty against any inherent hidden defects and manufacturing defects on all BALLTRIX products.  
      . As part of this warranty, you must send us the defective part so that we can exchange it.

      7.2 For all BALLTRIX repairs done by us on your product beyond the warranty periods, repairs costs may be
           
      charged after previously information to you with the detailed price.
      

      7.3 Delivery costs under our warranty period are charged to the customer.
